Q – I’ve signed up to the trial offer – how do I receive my free gift?
Once your free trial form has been processed you will receive an email with the subject line “IMPORTANT: Your Usernames and Passwords For FULL Access”
This email contains your username and password details needed to access the free gift materials.
You should also receive a second email with the subject line “IMPORTANT: Your GOLD VIP Access Details”
This email contains your username and password details needed to access the Gold VIP Members Area.
Both emails contain important imformation so please print them out for your records and keep them safely!
Q – I haven’t yet received an email with my access details?
Please ensure you have entered the correct email address on the order form, as that is the address we will use to send these to you safely.
If the email you entered was correct, please check your spam filter to see whether any of the messages from [Daniel and James] are there.
If you still can’t find these messages please contact us so we can resend them for you.
Q – I can’t access or play any of the video or audio files?
You should be able to either stream the video or audio files via your web browser, or download them to your computer. Please follow the instructions on the page as these options will vary from product to product.
